This website, a project of the Institute for Community Inclusion at the University of Massachusetts Boston, features employment success stories of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities from across the nation. It contains videos and articles about how employment support practices such as job matching, job creation, self-employment, and networking have helped individuals with I/DD attain paid jobs in their communities.
