This website provides information for high school students with disabilities who are interested in attending college. It contains modules with videos and activities to assist young adults determine their learning style, strengths, interests and goals in order to help them develop a plan for college. Additionally, there is a section dedicated to campus life, which offers information about accommodations, college life, disclosure and more.
