Produced by the ACCESS Project of Colorado State University, this webpage contains information to help students with disabilities prepare for college while still in high school in order to pave the way for a smoother transition to higher education. It addresses the differences between high school and post-secondary education; covers tips for becoming a self-advocate; and discusses transition planning. The second section is dedicated to parents and other family members interested in learning how to support their loved ones before and during college.
