This website provides guidance and information to employers and employees with disabilities from experts on workplace accommodations and disability employment issues, including all legislation surrounding the Americans with Disabilities Act.  Additionally, this website offers employees and employers personal consultation via a telephone number or online support.  JAN is provided by the US Department of Labor’s Office of Disability Employment Policy (ODEP) through collaboration with West Virginia University and private industry.
