This program assists law enforcement in the early search and safe recovery of individuals with disabilities, children, elderly and college students. Working with different law enforcement agencies, it uses a high-speed telephone alert to inform residents and businesses in the area and prompts them to call the agency if they have any information pertaining to the missing person.
