Guide: Thinking About Inclusion – Taking Personal and Corporate Responsibility for Welcoming Everyone
The purpose of this booklet is to help staff of public, private and voluntary organizations create a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers with disabilities. It includes exercises and activities to help managers and staff members think about things that could exclude people who might use the services they provide (building based and non-building based). Tools for assessing the current practice and developing an action plan are also included.
