The Homestead is a private, nonprofit organization located in Altoona, Iowa, that provides programs and services for children and adults with autism, their families, and professionals living in the surrounding areas. These programs and events focus on skill building, intensive support, and community living and occur in the community, at home, at an intensive early intervention clinic, and in an agricultural-based setting.
