The National Consortium on Leadership and Disability for Youth (NCLD/Y) is a youth-led information, training, and resource center. The NCLD/Y works to develop leaders, develop the capacity of independent living centers to serve leaders, develop the capacity of staff working with leaders, and serve youth involved with disabilities-related organizations.  This group is funded by the Administration on Developmental Disabilities.
