There are many employment initiatives that exist across the country dedicated to increasing job opportunities for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities. In this webinar, the experience of one specific initiative, the partnership between the Autism Society and AMC Theatres, will be shared. Do not miss out!

AMC Theatres and the Autism Society teamed up to provide equal opportunities in employment for individuals with autism. Join us for this webinar as the Autism Society shares the outcomes of this collaboration, as well as lessons learned. Other topics of discussion will include the efforts of essential local partners, the training process for managers, how hiring practices were improved and how real access to businesses and competitive jobs were provided.

Andy, one of the co-speakers, has worked in human resources with an emphasis in recruitment for the last 15 years. He has implemented a wide variety of strategic recruitment initiatives at AMC Theatres, including the creation of the AMC FOCUS program.
