Website: National Council on Disability

The National Council on Disability (NCD) advises the President, Congress, and other federal and state agencies on disability policies, programs, and practices. Its website contains publications that offer findings and recommendations on various policy areas including cultural diversity, education, employment, transportation, technology, housing, health care and much more. Though NCD does not provide direct advocacy services to individual with disabilities, it offers resources that may help people learn more about their rights and the policies that affect them.
