Website: National Center on Physical Activity and Disability

The National Center on Physical Activity and Disability provides information and resources that encourage individuals with disabilities and chronic conditions to engage in physical activities. Their guidelines and fact sheets are designed to help emphasize that “Exercise is for EVERY body.” Resources include factsheets on popular activities; guidelines that any person should consider before starting an exercise activity; and information for professionals and community leaders on the types of abilities people may have and how to include activities for everyone.
