This collection, compiled by the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign College of Education, highlights local and state efforts aimed at identifying young children who need special services. Materials in this collection are to raise awareness of families, medical professionals and child care workers about the indicators of disabilities or developmental delays in young children. These materials are offered in numerous languages.
