Toolkit: CDC: Go Out and Play! Kit

This kit, a part of CDC’s Learn the Signs. Act Early Program, is designed to help early childhood educators observe their students’ developmental milestones during play, so that they can share observations and concerns with parents. It contains sample activities for children 3 through 5 years of age; information about monitoring social, emotional and cognitive milestones; and suggestions for talking to parents if a developmental delay is suspected.
