This webpage provides information about the AAPD’s Summer Internships Program for Students with Disabilities.  This program provides opportunities for students with disabilities to have 10-week summer internships in Washington DC.  Past positions include work on Capitol Hill and at federal agencies where students can gain more experience with government operations, public policy development and the legislative and administrative processes.   This program is run by the AAPD, the country’s largest cross-disability membership organization.
