This webpage describes the AAPD’s Disability Mentoring Day Program.  This program consists of a nation job-shadow program that links students and job seekers with disabilities to employers interested in hiring people with disabilities.  This day occurs on the third Wednesday of every October.  This program is sponsored by the AAPD, the country’s largest cross-disability membership organization.
