This webinar focuses on the different job development techniques that are likely to be more productive and efficient in facilitating successful employment outcomes for job seekers with more significant disabilities, including those with ASD. Also, since typical hiring practices tend to screen out many people on the spectrum, application strategies and accommodations that can help address some of these barriers, while showcasing to employers the job candidate’s capabilities and competence will also be discussed.
